At Springfield we believe that extra -mural activities teach children important life lessons. It also enhances the child’s personality. Sports Soccer is the main sport amongst boys. They have participated very enthusiastically in the under 10,11 and 13 soccer tournaments and sports gala. Netball is one of the popular extra mural activities at Springfield Primary School. They have played against a few schools in, around and out of Tabankulu. Our girls have won, drawn, and lost some of their games. The school is also introduced Volleyball and cricket. Our learners also do athletics and they have participated in different tournaments. We encouraged our children to participate in cultural activities as well.
